Linda S. Wahlund makes her home in Eureka, on California's foggy redwood coast. She lives with her husband Don, several dogs and cats, a horse, countless songbirds, and the occasional itinerant skunk (through animal communication, Linda and the skunk co-exist peacefully).

Linda loves to garden, and has a wonderful old-style garden with an ever-expanding collection of fragrant antique roses and a comprehensive medicinal herb garden. She makes her own tinctures and essential oils for personal use and healing.
Animals have always been a part of Linda Wahlund's life. She has always had an intuitive knack for understanding animals. In the course of her many years study of metaphysical concerns, she learned to focus and refine her skills while studying with pioneer animal communication specialist Penelope Smith. Since then, every day and every week Linda's personal experiences with animals have made her even more attuned. She can "see" through the eyes of a distant animal, and convey information to help reunite it with its owners.
As a Reiki practitioner, reflexologist and natural healer, Linda S. Wahlund seeks to help her animal and human client regain health, balance and harmony. She says,
"As a life-long animal lover, horsewoman, gardener, wife and mother, I was looking for a way in which to give back to the earth that which had been given to me. My years of total immersion in metaphysical study, animal communication and Reiki have now gifted me with that opportunity.
"My intent in practicing Reiki is to reconnect humans and animals with their own innate healing abilities. And, with the flow of Divine Healing Energy, to facilitate the healing of the Earth and all her inhabitants."
During 2008, Linda S. Wahlund will assemble her memoirs for a book illustrating the personal journey that evolved her personal gifts, sharing the methods she uses to communicate with animals, people and spirits.
